原料: 原 料：
酢浆草嫩茎叶300克，鸡蛋皮2张，葱花10克，精盐6克，味精2克，植物油25克。
制法: （1）酢浆草嫩茎去杂洗净，放入沸水锅中焯一下，捞入清水中洗去苦味，挤干水分，切段.鸡蛋皮切细丝备用。
（2）炒锅上火，放油烧热，下葱花煸香，投入酢浆草煸炒，放入鸡蛋丝，精盐炒至入味，加入味精出锅即成。
特点: 菜色褐黄，质地细嫩，咸鲜微酸，补气清热
