Potassium 4-sulfophthalonitrile,a hydrophilic precursor of phthalocyanine,was synthesized from 4-nitrophthalonitrile via reduction,diazotization,sulfonyl chlorination,hydrolysis and neutralization with an overall yield of 22%.
以4-硝基邻苯二甲腈为起始原料,经还原、重氮化、酰氯化、水解加碱中和得到酞菁水溶性前驱体4-磺酸钾基邻苯二甲腈,总收率22%,其结构由1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征。

The (results) indicated that parathion-methyl was hydrolyzed to p-nitrophenol, and this metabolite was further (degraded) to 4-nitrocatechol and 1,2,4-benzenetriol.
