为了改变这一局面,本论文采用了“加快材料熟化的方法”,借助国际通用的热力学和动力学计算软件Thermo-Calc & DICTRA对预硬型塑料模具钢的成分和工艺进行优化设计,并依托工业应用的背景,在基本不增加成本的前提下,有效提高了国产钢的性能,使之达到了世界优质同类钢种ASSAB718的性能水平,并且在此基础上研制了性能良好、具有一定应用前景的新型易切削钢种。

In this article the machinability of prehardened mold steel for plastic with different composition ratio is compared and studied.
本文对不同成分配比的预硬型塑料模具钢的切削加工性能进行了对比性测试,并借助商用软件Thermo-Calc计算了非金属夹杂物析出情况与基体成分及温度的关系,并且预测了S、Ca元素的加入对易切削相析出行为的影响。
