适应症: 多用于神经性失眠、伴有显著兴奋的精神病及破伤风痉挛、士的宁中毒等。
用量用法:
1.睡前1次口服10%溶液5~15ml(一般服10ml)。以多量水稀释并添加胶浆剂(掩盖其不良臭味,避免刺激)后服用,或服用其合剂(加有淀粉、糖浆等)以减少刺激性。 2.抗惊镇痉:多用灌肠法给药,将10%溶液15~20ml稀释1~2倍后1次灌入。极量1次为2g(10%溶液20ml),1日4g(10%溶液40ml)。
注意事项:
1.本品刺激性强,应用时必须稀释后用。 2.常用量无毒性,但对心脏病、动脉硬化症、肾炎、肝脏疾患、热性病及特异体质者,尤其是消化性溃疡及胃肠炎病人,需慎用或禁用。 3.口服4~5g可引起急性中毒,致死量在10g左右。 4.长期服用有成瘾性与耐受性。
规格: 水合氯醛合剂:由水合氯醛65g、溴化钠65g、淀粉20g、枸橼酸0.25g、薄荷水0.5ml等.
