With a typical wide plate with multi-bends as the subject, in this paper the thickness variation of the simultaneous forming for the sheet metal with multi-bends have been studied through theoretical calculation analysis, computer numerical simulation as well as the physical experiments, and the pattern of metal flow in the course of forming process has been analyzed either.
本研究以典型的多弯角零件为研究对象,分别用理论计算分析、计算机数值模拟以及物理实验的方法研究了多弯角板料同时成形的变形特性,尤其注重了板料弯曲过程中常见的减薄、伸长等现象的研究。

According to the strain testing results,metallurgical structure of key testing points of the punching parts were analyzed and distortion of lattice were observed to study springback mechanism of multi-angle draw-bending forming.
