性质:装炉煤经高温干馏转变为焦炭的百分比。成焦率主要决定于煤质,也受炼焦条件如焦饼中心温度和炉型的影响。该值波动较大,一般在72%~78%,最高可达82%。成焦率的计算方法有三类:(1)利用煤、焦炭灰分之间的关系式求得,此式的结果往往比实测值低。(2)用装炉煤和焦炭的挥发分求得成焦率。(3)由煤质与煤焦操作条件求成焦率。
