The north shore of Songhuajiang River in Harbin City,northeastern China,is a typical inundation river valley wetland with various of plants and animals.

Study on Honghe wetland Landscape change using Markov Model;

Based on the measured data,the MODIS LSE product and 1 scene of Landsat TM thermal infrared band(TM6)images of Honghe wetland,which was obtained on May 15,2008,the corresponding data of surface temperature were retrieved with three different methods(thermal radiance transfer equation,mono-window algorithm carried out by Qin Zhihao,mono-window algorithm carried out by Jimёnez-Mun~oz & Sobrino).

The model has been used to evaluate the carrying capacity of water resources in Honghe wetland.

As the fourth river-ecological theory after river continuum concept, flood pulse concept mainly states the ecological significance of lateral hydrological connectivity between river and its floodplains in the processes of river-floodplain system, with emphasis on the importance of flood pulse and the integrity of river-floodplain system.

This paper also calculated service value and came out the result that the total value of the Yulinhe river wetland ecosystem service was about 43.
