Tests with different isothermal temperatures and small batch trial production showed that by adopting the process of austenitizing at 900+10C for 1 hour and then isothermal quenching at 370+10C for 1 hour, the ADI gears with tensile strength higher than 950 MPa, elongation more than 5% can be obtained.
