shengtlemu Zhudlng生铁模铸锭(iron mould easting)将熔体注入生铁模型铸造锐坯的工艺方法。生铁模铸锭是有色金属合金铸锭生产最常用、最简单的一种铸锭方式。由于方法简单、灵活以及投资少等特点,在中、小型企业中广泛应用。生铁模和在生铁模基础上发展起来的水冷生铁模铸锭,按浇注方式划分有水平锭模铸锭、垂直锭模铸锭和倾动锭模铸锭;按锭模结构划分,在垂直锭模铸锭中还分整体式锭模铸锭和对开式锭模铸锭。 水平锭模铸锭生产像铅、锡类的低熔点金属合金以及对铸锭表面和内部组织无严格要求、不直接用于塑性加工的铸坯,如中间合金铸块、各种废料和回炉重熔的铸块等。 垂直锭模铸锭用于铜及铜合金锭坯生产。垂直锭模分整体式和对开式两种口整体式垂直锭模用于圆柱形断面铸坯生产,为了脱模方便,模内壁加工成一定锥度。这种锭模铸锭几何尺寸稳定、铸翅少,但不适于径高比小和凝固收缩率小的铸坯生产。对开式垂直锭模与整体式垂直锭模相比,更有利于模子内壁的清理和润滑,也易于脱模,但这种锭模铸锭易产生铸翅和变形。不论整体式还是对开式的垂直锭模都可以在模壁外侧安装水套做成水冷生铁模。 倾动式锭模铸锭常用于铝及铝合金板坯生产。浇注过程中锭模能围绕模子重心的水平轴,平稳地倾少 倾动模铸锭浇注过程示意图 1一浇包;2一金属液体流;3一金属模;4一模座动一定的角度,使液流沿锭模侧边稳定地流入模底(见图)。液流的表面氧化膜受到保护,液流在模内也不产生激烈的翻腾和搅动。 倾动模铸锭能有效地减少氧化损失和防止产生因液体金属的机械运动而带入的金属氧化夹渣和过量的有害气体所造成的铸锭缺陷。 (郎振旗)
