| 文丘里(1925～ ) Venturi，Robert 美国建筑师。1925年6月25日生于费城。1950年在普林斯顿大学获硕士学位。先后在建筑师E.沙里宁和L.卡恩的建筑设计事务所工作。1958年起，在费城与人合作开业。文丘里还先后在美国宾夕法尼亚大学、耶鲁大学、洛杉矶加利福尼亚大学和普林斯顿大学任教。文丘里突破常规的建筑风格广泛表现在他的作品中。费城一座老年人公寓正立面上开了一面尺度特大的扇形窗户，后来效法者颇多；俄亥俄州奥伯林学院爱伦美术馆扩建部分(1976)院中立有一根象征古典艺术的爱奥尼式粗矮木柱。他也严肃地尝试过古今结合，不过这里的“古”也是突破常规的，如诺尔国际家具公司在纽约的展览室兼办公室的设计。他的作品中构思比较别致的是美国费城富兰克林故居(同斯科特-布朗合作设计)。故居已大部无存，为纪念美国独立二百周年，文丘里设计出了既省事、又达意的“幽灵屋”方案，即取其意而弃其实，用不锈钢按原来房屋的轮廓建了两座透空的框架，参观者可以通过反射镜看到两百年前的房基。故居没有复原，假的还是假的，但真的却更突出了。 |
