Based on the experience of smoke prevention and dust control for industrial boiler, a new theory of secondary air——multi orifices jet secondary air of separate zone and stagger arrangement, aiming at soot formation in layer boiler, was put forward.
在总结工业锅炉消烟除尘经验基础上 ,针对层燃炉炭黑成因 ,提出了新的二次风——“多孔分层错列射流式”二次风理论 :该二次风打破了传统层燃炉二次风的概念——补助性的混合搅拌作用 ,而是在保证煤气完全燃烧的基础上 ,从根本上消灭“黑烟”;并能有效地实现炉内除尘与降低 NOX。
