用量用法：
1.口服：每次３００ｍｇ，１日２～３次。 2.肌注：每次１００～２００ｍｇ，１日２次，２０日为１疗程，可用１～３个疗程，每疗程间隔３～７日。 3.静滴：每次４００ｍｇ，每日１次，用５～１０％葡萄糖溶液稀释。
注意事项： 偶有过敏反应、胃肠道障碍等不良反应。
规格： 片剂：每片１００ｍｇ。 注射液：每支１００ｍｇ（２ｍｌ）。
