武汉石油化工厂的Ⅱ套重油催化裂化装置为重叠式两段再生结构,该装置半再生立管内的催化剂输送出现异常,从立管进出口结构及操作两方面分析了该异常产生的原因并采取了以下措施:(1)半再生立管下料口的正下方增加一面积约1m~2的衬里凸台,该凸台能起料封作用,以杜绝主风反串进立管的现象;(2)将两再生器中间的大孔分布板孔由原127个堵为107个,以改善第二再生器内的烟气分布和两再生器主风比的调节;(3)改造后调整了部分操作参数,如提高再生器的压力,降低主风分配比等。
