性质:染料砂磨所用的物料。多选用渥太华砂、天然砂、玻璃珠和陶瓷球等。要求耐腐蚀强,在砂磨过程中不影响浆液的PH值,破碎率低,长期使用不因砂粉影响生产。砂磨介质与浆料的比例为(1~2):1(质量比),砂磨介质为中性,如0.8~1mm的中性耐磨蚀玻璃珠。不同染料、不同生产工艺、不同厂家,选用的砂磨介质直径也有不同。还有两种直径不同的玻璃珠混合起来使用的。
