According to the drawback of inefficiency annealing and large temperature difference between aluminum coils s surface and interior in the present aluminum annealing furnace which used radial convection heat transfer,the side-blown aluminum annealing furnace was designed by adopting axial convection heat transfer.
针对现有径向加热铝材退火炉所采用的径向对流换热方式造成铝卷退火效率低,铝卷表面与内部温差大的缺点,采用轴向对流换热的方式,设计出侧喷加热铝材退火炉。
