This experiment is conducted to study the temperature and the concentration of NOx in the process of the half mix flat-flame combustion.
采用半预混、强旋流平焰燃烧方法,以液化石油气为燃料,通过改变空气过剩系数和旋流数工况进行燃烧实验,用热电偶测量温度,烟气分析仪测量NOx浓度,研究分析了炉膛温度、过剩空气系数及旋流数对平焰燃烧NOx排放的影响。

This paper simulates the 3D flow,combustion field of a real industry flat flame burner,and gains a detail information of the fluid flow,components distribution,which are necessary to improve the burner property.
为改善常规混合煤气平焰烧嘴性能,使之在更大的调节比下保持火焰形状为圆盘状,并保证对尽可能多的不同热值的混合煤气的适应性能,使用Fluent软件对实验用200 m3/h双旋流平焰烧嘴的空气旋流器、煤气旋流器等局部结构以及整体燃烧情况进行了模拟分析;得到了平焰烧嘴的温度分布、燃烧组分的浓度和流场的等参量的详细结果,模拟计算的结果与实验测试结果吻合。
