肺泡细胞癌
alveolar cell carcinoma
又称“细支气管癌”。为原发性肺癌组织学分类的类型之一。发病率最低,女性较多见。起源于肺泡前的细支气管上皮细胞。癌细胞沿细支气管向肺泡管和肺泡壁生长,但不侵犯细胞间隔。癌细胞容易脱落随痰液咳出,也可经支气管播散到其他肺叶内,形成癌灶;淋巴和血行转移都较晚发生。临床呈现结节型或弥漫型。对放射治疗或化学疗法都不敏感。预后较差。
