This paper bases on the theory of engagement of gears,after calculation and studying the shape of chamfering of gears,the adaptability of chamfering hob to the number of cylindrical gear teeth was given.
利用齿轮啮合理论,通过对倒角滚刀所加工的倒角曲面形状的计算和对计算结果的分析,得出了圆柱齿轮倒角滚刀对齿轮齿数的适应范围,为倒角滚刀的管理和使用提供了理论依据。
