性质:当流体的流速很大而流体与固体壁间的温度差很小时,不能忽视摩擦产生的热量对温度场的影响。埃克特数就是考虑这一影响的无因次数群,以Ec或NEc表示。其定义为Ec=v2/CpΔt。V为流速(例如平均流速);Δt为温度差(例如流体主体温度与固体壁间的温度差);Cp为流体的定压比热。一般情况下,Ec数对对流传热温度场的影响可以忽略。
