立体定位技术(stereotaxie teehnique)一种用于精确地确定脑内某一位置的方法。既可用于低等动物的实验研究，如在研究脑与行为的实验中，经常需要对动物脑内的某些部位或结构进行刺激、损伤或注射某种药物，也可用于人类病人的某些神经外科手术之中。使用这一技术首先要制作该物种详细的三维脑图谱，在规定的参照坐标系中确定要研究或手术的位置，然后使用立体定位仪按脑图谱提供的参数将微电板或导管插入所需的部位。 (吴庆麟撰杨立能审)
