In accordance with the structure characteristics of the sizing matrix for the square_tapered parts and its state under stress in the sizing process, and through the analysis and calculation with the finite element method, the stress distribution at each part of the matrix in sizing process was obtained.

Base on the simulation results of node velocity vector,total equivalent plastic strain,force-stroke curve,the influences of female die shape and billet shape to the process have been analyzed.
通过模拟得到的节点速度矢量、等效应变及力—行程曲线分析了凹模及坯料形状对弹体挤压成形的影响,提出弹体挤压时坯料直径应与凹模直径相等,凹模形状应根据挤压力的大小和模具结构的简化两方面确定。
