Based on the analysis of every heat income and loss in the furnace, the five main factors that affected heat consumption in an anode baking furnace were the combustion situation of pitch volatiles, the recycle degree of solid heat deposit (preheating air), the infiltrates quantity of outside air, the condition for dissipating heat from furnace body and the automatic control technology.

Taking experiment of cool regeneration technology of emulsified asphalt and foaming asphalt as an example, this paper introduces home experiment, grading design, construction design and adopted technique parameter of semi flexible high strength base layer regeneration technology in detail.
