适应症: 临床适用于治疗各种原因引起的急、慢性心力衰竭。
用量用法:
1.口服:每次100~200mg,1日3次,每日最大量600mg。 2.静滴:每次每千克体重0.5~3mg;静脉滴注速度为每分钟每千克体重5~10ug,每日最大量不超过每千克体重10mg。
注意事项:
1.少数有轻微食欲减退、恶心、呕吐等不良反应。大剂量长期使用时,可有血小板减少,常于用药2~4周后出现,但减量或停药后即好转。如每日剂量不超过300mg,不致于发生。 2.有严重主动脉或肺动脉瓣膜疾病者禁用。 3.孕妇、哺乳期妇女及小儿慎用。 4.与丙比胺同用时,可导致血压过低。 5.静脉注射液不能用含右旋糖酐或葡萄糖的溶液稀释。
规格: 片剂:每片100mg。 针剂:每支50mg(2ml)、100mg(2ml)。
