According to the observation experiences over the years,this paper sums up the observation and identification of nighttime cloudy sky from several aspects,analyzes the relations between the clouds and the weather phenomena,and probes into how to distinguish the cloudy system and non-cloudy-system at night.

This paper discussed the concept of classification formation and evolvement about cloudy day observation experiment teaching on Meteorology and Climatology;put forward the method that should be adopted in cloudy day observation experiment teaching.
