采用酸熔法分离矾泥中的铝与硅 ,不仅克服了碱浸工艺脱硅的复杂过程和铝回收率低的不足 ,而且解决了酸浸工艺中产品纯度低和设备材质要求高等问题。

提出了热分解法综合利用明矾石新工艺 :采用高温快速脱水、分解处理明矾石矿 ,既提高了明矾石的分解率 ,又保证了氧化铝的活性 ;采用“酸熔法”分离铝硅 ,既保证了氧化铝浸出率 ,又有效地解决了设备的腐蚀问题。
