性质:又称包覆粉。以一种粉末材料为核心,用一种或多种金属、合金或其他材料在其表面均匀地包裹所形成的粉粒。其特点是:每个颗粒由两相或多相构成的非均质材料;两相之间具有最大的接触界面;颗粒之间成分又相对均匀。作为核心的材料可以是:金属、非金属、类金属、合金、无机化合物(氧化物、碳化物、氮化物、硼化物、硅化物)、玻璃,天然矿物、有机化合物等。外层材料可以是镍、钴、铜、银、钼及镍铬铝合金等。用于热喷涂工艺可获得具有高结合强度、抗高温氧化、抗热震、耐磨、耐蚀、隔热的防护涂层。采用粉末冶金工艺可制成相应的合金、多孔过滤膜、电工材料、弥散强化材料等,广泛用于航空机械、化工、冶金、原子能等工业部门。
