诊法。一般分成三段收集射精液,分作3部分分别收集于盛器。第 一部分精液前段约3%,精子数不多,主要是一部分前列腺液和生殖道下段分泌夜;第二部分 富精子段约27%,由副睾尾贮存的大量精子及前列腺液和输精管分泌液组成;第三部分是后 精子段约70%,主要为精囊腺液,含精子少,果糖含量最高,并含一定量的前列腺液及其他 生化物质。
