通过透视或阅读X线片,详细了解被检查部位的解剖结构和功能有无异常,并结合患者病史、临床体征、实验室检查结果,综合分析各种X线征象,提出较切合实际的诊断意见。X线诊断是通过病理性X线征象来诊断疾病的,因此应注意以下几点:①疾病早期,X线征象不明显,不应排除疾病,如急性化脓性骨髓炎早期缺乏骨膜反应及骨质破坏和增生性改变,仅出现软组织肿胀,不能就此否定骨髓炎的可能;②疾病X线征象不典型时,应和其他疾病鉴别,把X线改变和临床资料密切结合进行辨证分析;③疾病在治疗过程中有自身变化的规律,定期复查X线检查,不仅有助于评定疗效和判断预后,亦有利于对病情进行回顾性分析与研究,从而可修正诊断。
