测定只经肾小球滤过,而不被肾小管重吸收的物质的血浆清除率。多采用99mTc标记的二乙三胺五醛酸(DTPA)作为示踪剂。测定方法基本上与测肾有效血浆流量法相似。参考值大于80ml/min。
