而有机质的质量是影响有机氮磷矿化的重要因素:轻组有机质(LFOM)一方面可作为氮磷矿化的潜在源,另一方面其去除会破坏沉积物团聚体中的胶结物,使得无机氮磷释放量显著增加;溶解性有机质(DOM)含量影响沉积物中微生物生物量氮和脲酶活性,而且其本身也可作为氮矿化的潜在源,因此LFOM和DOM的去除会使得有机氮磷的矿化量和矿化速率均减少。

The contents of soil active organic carbon(light fraction organic carbon,dissolved organic carbon,and microbial biomass carbon) of surface soil samples(0-10 cm,10-20 cm) were investigated at five different land use sites in Jian′ou City,Fujian Province,China.
