块，再煮至粥熟，调入白糖即成。
每日1-2次，连服3-5天。
功效：芥蓝，别名芥兰，又称隔蓝。它的味甘辛如芥，色蓝，所以叫做芥蓝。它的品种极多，通常所见的，只是白花、黄花两种。此菜爽脆清嫩。咀嚼时擦擦有声。芥蓝有维他命a、c，蛋白质，脂肪质，和丰富的醣质，作为日常佐餐之用.芥蓝止龈血∶牙龈出血，原因甚多，通常皆因肠胃热重，或晚间迟眠，发生内火作用,或因缺乏维他命c，牙龈即易肿胀出血.芥蓝性凉，味甘、辛，有清热解毒、凉血通淋等功效。
适应症：小便淋浊。
