≮美食做法≯

1、将豆腐皮用温水泡净软,取出,控干水分切成长方片;鸡蛋打入碗内,调散成液;西红柿用热水烫一下,去皮、去籽。切成薄片。

2、锅架火上,放入适量鲜汤、盐烧开,下入豆腐皮片汆煮片刻,然后将调散的鸡蛋液缓缓倒入,边倒边用手勺搅开,见蛋液凝结花形上浮,放入味精、西红柿片,烧开滚上一滚,加入味精,淋入香油即可盛入碗内食用。
