Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(n=60) was operated with compound methylene blue blocking combined with picking out & incision and part excision of internal sphincter and contro group(n=60) was given traditional method of incision combined with lateral lysis of internal sphincter.
方法:将120例患者按数字随机法分为两组,治疗组60例采用复方美蓝封闭配合内括约肌挑出侧切术治疗,对照组60例采用传统方法切除肛裂配合内括约肌松解术治疗。
