    个人智力水平的数量化指标。通常以其英文缩写IQ为符号。用公式表示为:智商(IQ)=心理年龄(MA)/实际年龄(CA)×100 。若心理年龄与实际年龄相等,智商为100,表示中等智力水平,其值越高表示越聪明。这种用比率方法求得的智商称比率智商,目前已不多用。
   50年代后期使用的离差智商是以一个年龄组或团体的平均智商为100,标准差为15或16(在韦克斯勒量表中为15,斯坦福-比奈量表中为16)计算出来的。公式为:IQ=100+15Z,其中Z是标准分数,其值等于(X!!!Z1037_3)/SX为测验得分,!!!Z1037_4为团体平均分数,S为标准差)。一般采用的智商分级标准如下表:
