The present paper aims to solve the long-existing problem in Sanhe Power Plant that when the bus-bar switch is closed,the warning signal will show that AC circuit breaks and Bus Differential Protection exit is blocked.
针对三河发电有限责任公司长期以来存在的母联开关合闸后,出现交流断线报警信号,母线差动保护出口被闭锁这一问题,通过查阅和分析三河发电有限责任公司220 kV母线差动保护有关图纸和厂家资料,经过回路查线,校验继电器及试验录波和反复研究,确认了问题的根本原因,并制定了解决了方案,从而消除了由于设计问题(从动继电器使用不当)而存在的隐患。
