辅料:胡萝卜丁、黑木耳、玉米粒、椰浆
调料:盐、味精、淀粉
烹制方法:
1、将西兰花和菜花焯水捞出备用;
2、坐锅点火倒油,下葱花爆香,放入西兰花、菜花、胡萝卜、玉米、木耳翻炒,倒入椰浆焖煮1分钟后,加盐、味精、水淀粉调味出锅即可。
