即北联池，古称北乱池。在隆德县城东北部大庄乡前庄村，距隆德县城20公里。为葫芦河支流什字河北源--大庄河之发源地，是六盘山脉中段西侧著名的古灵湫和山顶湖，被隆德县旧志称为"八景"之一。县志"古迹"一节中记载："北乱池，在县东六盘山，岩极高峻，池居半山中。阔约十五、六调，水流有丝竹声。清泠可听。瀑布时飞，横如白练，山势合抱成池。"北联池北岸昔日建有惠泽大王祠。其山门前有一对石狮，登12级石阶方至大殿，殿内供奉惠泽大王。再登12级台阶至后殿，后殿略宽大，供祀多位神祗。山门及两边殿前各置一六角形大石香炉。祠内有元代忽都鲁沙雕立的"黑水龙王庙碑"一块。
