【来源】
为侧耳科植物金顶蘑的子实体。
【植物形态】
金顶蘑 子实体丛生。菌盖佛手黄至草黄色，光滑，漏斗形，宽3～10厘米；菌肉白色，肉质，具香味；柄偏生，白色，长2～10厘米，粗0.5～1.5厘米，往往基部相连；菌褶白色，稍密，延生，不分叉，狭窄至稍宽。孢于无色，光滑。 生于榆、栎等阔叶树的倒木或树干上。分布吉林、河北等地。
【采集】
7～9月采收子实体，去尽泥杂，晒干。
【功用主治】
滋补强壮。治虚弱萎症。
【选方】
①治萎症(肌萎)；榆蘑一斤，用黄酒泡九天，九蒸九晒后，焙成黄色研末，每服一钱。再用榛蘑一两，以黄酒和水煎，煎好后，榛蘑与水共同与前药服下，每天一次，连服十天。 ②治痢疾：榆蘑一两半。焙干，研细末，日服二次。
