补充资料:锅煎金丝鸭片

原料:

原料:鸭肉50克,咸面包50克,土豆30克。调料:花生油10克,盐5克,味精5克,胡椒粉少许,绍酒5克,干生粉适量。

制法:

(1)鸭肉切成长方形片,咸面包切成长方形片,土豆去皮切细丝,用清水泡洗干净,沥干水分。

(2)鸭肉加入盐,味精,胡椒粉,绍酒,干生粉拌匀,酿入咸面包片上。

(3)烧锅下油,待油温120度时下土豆丝,炸至金黄时捞起,摆入碟中间,锅内留少许油,放入酿鸭片,用小火煎熟,摆入碟内土豆旁边即成。

特点:

鸭片要切薄,面包一定要咸的。
