性质:又称锂基脂。以脂肪酸锂皂为稠化剂的润滑脂。乳白色到黄褐色。高温性能、黏附性、机械安定性、剪切安定性等都很好。不含水,不溶于水,耐水性能好。滴点180~220℃,使用温度可到120℃。蓖麻油的硬脂酸与氢氧化锂进行皂化反应生成的锂皂稠化矿物(或合成)润滑油,并加添加剂配制而成。蓖麻油硬脂酸锂皂(12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂)制出的为纽带纤维状。广泛用于飞机、坦克、汽车机床等各种机械部件的润滑,也适于潮湿环境或与水直接接触的机械部件。锂皂的稠化能力比钙皂、钠皂的强,用皂量可减少三分之一,而使用寿命可达一倍以上。有的锂基脂一次封入滚动轴承内,可一直用到轴承报废为止。
