性质:霉菌产生的一种毒素,属单端孢霉烯族化合物。易溶于水、甲醇、氯仿和二氯甲烷。不溶于正己烷或正戊烷。其甲醇溶液的紫外最大吸收波长为220nm。主要由雪腐镰刀菌产生,表球镰刀菌和玉米赤霉也能产生。在食品、饲料中检出率较低。与T2毒素相似,损害动物骨髓等造血器官,白细胞持续减少,心肌病变出血,脑和中枢神经细胞变性,淋巴结、睾丸与胸腺受损,发生肠炎、眼和体腔水肿,动物免疫力下降等。
