    生长在中潮带岩石上。生长盛期4~6月。产于嵊山。可供食用。
介绍:
    藻体黄绿色,有光泽,片状,膜质,单层细胞,高3~6厘米。从藻体边缘深裂至基部的裂片数个,裂片边缘多皱褶,并有短小的片状突起。藻体边缘厚36微米左右,近基部厚85~90微米。
