{ 月峥。一脚“，班勺 (N aZcO3)与脉石组分造渣。熔炼的主要反应为:图1氧化锡渣酸浸出法流程图 BiZo3+3CO—ZBi+3COZ个一次浸出液趁热过滤后冷却，使滤液中的pbC12、AgCI PbO+CO一Pb+CO:个 ZCuZO+3FeS:—ZCu:S+3FeS+50:个………介一:} 酸加食盐，实质上是一种氯化浸出，其反应为:一-不一一丁一一 B‘203+ZHZSO4+6Nae，一ZBiel3+3NaZso、+3HZo誓黑罗回收铜一 PbO+H:504+ZNaCI—PbC12+NaZSO、+HZO CuO+HZSO4+ZNaCI==C UC12+NaZSO4+HZO图2氧化锐渣盐浸出法流程图一 浸出在液温368K左右进行，采用两段逆流浸出。一 622，结晶沉淀以回收银、铅，然后使BICI:溶液水解生成Bi0CI沉淀，再从BIOCI生产粗秘。水解后液用铁屑置换，产出海绵铜。一次浸出查注行二次浸出，二次浸出液返回一次浸出，二次浸出渣弃去。其工艺流程如图2。 盐浸法的优点是通过加温氯盐浸出，不但秘、铜被直接浸出，而且银、铅的氯化物也以配合物形态进入溶液，氧化秘渣中的有价金属都被浸出进入溶液，浸出渣可弃去;通过冷却结晶，又可使PbCIZ、AgCI沉淀分离;而铜最后也得到有效的回收。不足之处是加温氯化浸出，必须解决设备的防腐间题;为使铅、银浸出，必须使用大量食盐，而食盐又无法进行回收。
