汤中主料为蹄筋和乌鸡,佐料为黄精、灵芝、圆肉、鸡血藤等中药材。蹄筋用猪、牛蹄筋均可,它们均含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、骨胶原等,中医认为它能补血增髓、去损强筋;乌鸡能滋阴补虚、养肾益肝。配伍的黄精具有养血滋阴、调元补液之功效;鸡血藤具驱风祛湿、活络补血之功;圆肉亦有补血安神、滋润五脏之效。合而为汤则能滋阴生液、补肝养血。
材料:黄精25克、灵芝、鸡血藤、圆肉各15克,蹄筋100克,乌鸡400克,生姜3片。
烹制:各药材洗净,并用煲汤袋装好;蹄筋洗净,温水浸透发大,切段;乌鸡肉洗净,切块。一起与生姜放进瓦煲内,加水2500毫升,煲2小时,调入食盐便可。
