The experimental research on blended coal is conducted in this paper according to coal species with special ash composition and high ash fusing point in coal-water slurry pressured gasification process.

jiaotan加1 rongdian焦炭灰熔点(ash fusion point of coke)由焦炭灰制成的灰锥在受热时发生软化变形的温度。焦炭灰是多种氧化物的混合物，(见焦炭灰成分)焦炭灰熔点就是多种氧化物在受热时形成共熔物的熔融温度，它与灰成分中酸性氧化物同碱性氧化物的比值(5102+A12o3)/(Fe203+cao+Mgo)有密切关系，该比值愈大，则灰熔点愈高。通常焦炭灰熔点和煤的灰熔点均以三个特性温度，即变形温度(脚)、软化温度(即)和流动温度(刀)表示。脚是灰锥尖端开始变圆或弯曲时的温度;即是灰锥弯曲，其尖端触及托板或灰锥变成球形时的温度;刃是灰锥熔化成液相或展开成高度.在1.5~以下的薄层时的温度。各国测定煤灰或焦灰熔点的方法主要有角锥法、高温热显微镜法和熔融曲线法。大多数国家以角锥法作为标准方法。中国国家标准(GB219)规定了适用于烟煤和焦炭灰熔点的测定方法。试样为高20~、底边长7~的正三角形锥体。灰锥的一个侧面垂直于托板表面。试验在弱还原性或氧化性气氛中进行。在固态排渣的气化炉中，为了避免炉渣结瘤和堵塞风帽，要求焦炭或煤有较高的灰熔点。而在液态排渣的气化炉中，则要求焦炭或煤具有较低的灰熔点。 (刘月初陈明岳)
