芋头 1颗
椰子粉 1大匙
果糖 2大匙
盐 少许
[制作流程]
(1)将芋头皮削除，用刷子刷洗干净，切成长条状，四边约1公分见方备用。
(2)将芋头条放置在烤网上烧烤，并要不时翻面，等到闻到芋头香，表面略干即可盛起。
(3)将调味料搅拌均匀，淋在芋头条上，或者以芋头条沾食亦可。
另外地瓜也可以用此种方式来烧烤，比油炸的方式健康多了。
