This article made the comparasion of two determining methods for CaO using sodium carboxylate calcon and calcein-phenolphthalein as indicators, respectively.
分别以钙试剂羧酸钠及钙黄绿素-酚酞作为指示剂测定矿石中CaO含量的方法对比。

主料:鳕鱼
辅料:芹菜、胡萝卜、豌豆、干葱、黄椒、蒜
调料:盐、海盐、白糖、豆豉辣酱
烹制方法:
1、将鳕鱼洗净后,加入柠檬、海盐腌制5分钟,干葱、芹菜、胡萝卜、豌豆、黄椒切碎放入盘中;
2、豆豉辣酱中加入蒜末、香茅、糖、剁椒拌匀,将鳕鱼放在蔬菜上,浇上调好的辣酱,蒸7-8分钟即可。
特点:鲜味浓郁,鲜香微辣。
