Treatment of the polymer-supported α-phenylseleno ketones and esters prepared from polymer-supported selenium bromide with ketone and ester enolates with hydrogen peroxide afford α,β-unsaturated ketones and esters in good yields and high purities (>95%) without further purification.
酮或酯在-78℃经二异丙基胺基锂(LDA)作用形成相应的烯醇式氧负离子,烯醇式氧负离子再与聚苯乙烯负载硒溴反应得到聚苯乙烯负载α-硒基酮或酯;常温下将该负载型的α-硒基酮或酯用过量的30%双氧水处理制得相应的α,β-不饱和酮、酯。

Treatment of a suspension of polymer-supported selenium bromide and olefin with carboxylate or alcohol in CH2Cl2 at room temperature produces the corresponding selenide resin, which upon oxidation-elimination with hydrogen peroxide, afford allylic esters and ethers in good yields (75%~85%) and purities (88%~93%) without further purification.
