职工合理化建议
职工合理化建议企、事业单位职工为发展生产、改进工作、优化环境等而提出的有关思路、方法和措施的总称。是中国开创的一项有特定内涵的群体性组织、管理活动。1947年中国辽宁省大连地区创造了一种名为合理化建议运动的群众活动。1949年以后，继承、拓展了这项活动内容，先后颁发过法规性文件，如《关于奖励有关生产的发明、技术改进及合理化建议的决定》、《合理化建议和技术改进奖励条例》等。这些活动均取得了可观的经济效益和巨大的社会影响，证明它是一种有中国特色的、行之有效的重要组织管理形式，是企业广泛用于激发职工当家作主、开发群体智力、调动职工积极性的管理方式。职工合理化建议的管理运作，主要分五个环节:①收集整理。收集职工合理化建议申报表，并进行登记，分类、传递到有关部门。②评审答复:评审委员会或评审小组对收到的职工合理化建议进行评审，并及时将评审结果通知建议者本人。③组织实施。对评审后确认采纳的合理化建议及时组织有关部门付诸实施。④专家鉴定。组织实施的合理化建议经过一定时间的实践检验后，应组织有关专家对实施的效果和经济效益作出公正的鉴定。⑤表彰奖励。对生产和工作中取得成效的合理化建议应予奖励。
