Guanidine nitrate and diethyl malonate were used as main materials to prepare 2-amino-4,6-dicarboxyl pyrimidine by cyclization,followed by chloridization to prepare 2-amino-4,6-dichloropyrimidine,and then by methoxidization to prepare 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxy pyrimidine.
